Monitor Engineer

Some people don’t just work in live events—they embody the heartbeat of the industry. Tee-Cee Bailey is one of those people. With over 30 years in live music, she knows the long hours, the split-second decisions, and the sheer hustle and can-do attitude of making a show happen.

Hailing from South Carolina, Tee-Cee’s journey started as a classically trained French Horn player, earning her degree from North Greenville College before graduating from Middle Tennessee State University’s Recording Industry Management Program. But her real education? That came from the road.

Since 1998, Tee-Cee has been the monitor engineer for Trisha Yearwood, bringing precision and care to every mix. Since 2014, she’s been a full-time force with Garth Brooks. In addition to her expertise behind the console, Tee-Cee is an accomplished production assistant and production manager, proving that her skill set extends far beyond audio.

When she’s not on tour, you’ll find her soaking in the quiet moments—reading, watching backyard wildlife, fly fishing, and digging in the dirt. Her ability to balance the high-intensity world of live events with a deep appreciation for stillness is something we admire.
